The always-sexy Carmen Electra flashed her stunning, new black diamond engagement ring from rocker fiance Rob Patterson when she celebrated her birthday under the sun during the hot Wet Republic pool parties over the weekend. Carmen also revealed that she’s launching her own line of sex toys and ultra sexy lingerie!

Carmen admits that she’s an avid collector of sex toys and especially loves handcuffs. Her line will be sold at Spencer’s and includes studded handcuffs that she’s tested on Rob, formerly of Korn. As if to demonstrate her sex-thimble talents, Carmen took some of her striptease video moves and danced for ecstatic fans in her bungalow when DJs Gusto and Tony Arzadon spun the Ludacris hit “How Low Can You Go.”

Hypnotiq hosted the gorgeous starlet’s birthday party at MGM Grand. Dressed in a striking black-and-white retro printed dress, Carmen waved to screaming fans. Carmen, who has guest headlined at Crazy Horse Paris at MGM Grand, said she loved celebrating at Wet Republic: “MGM to me is a home away from home. Last year I had a chance to celebrate my birthday here, and I’m really happy to come back again. The people at Wet Republic are so much fun. That’s what it’s all about -- having a place to go and relax and enjoy yourself.”

Contributing photographers Ethan Miller of Getty Images and Scott Harrison were on duty at the dayspot, and VDLX reader Richard Corey and Christopher Rauschnot @24kMedia on Twitter posted their videos to YouTube.

Carmen’s 24-carat party really fired up when a four-tier turquoise and cream cake encrusted with rocker-chic silver roses was delivered. Carmen and Rob enjoyed Hypnotiq-spiked rock candy delivered from bikini-clad models and sipped on the day’s signature drink, Hypnotize, featuring the aqua blue liqueur. The newly engaged lovebirds basked in the sun for the remainder of the day.

Wet Republic’s red carpet was packed all weekend as celebrities flocked to the daylife action. Bryan Greenberg and Victor Rasuk, the stars of HBO’s How to Make It in America, arrived in casual style, with Bryan in a jet black polo and classic aviators and Victor in a Yankees cap and fitted tee. Both sported classic Nike sneakers as they walked it out while DJ Gusto spun electric hits for partygoers. The actors mingled with fans and chatted with friends. Actor Hill Harper and the bronzed, bikini-clad beauties of Bench Warmer Trading Cards also were at Wet Republic.

RAPPER B.o.B.

Hot rap star B.o.B. also chose the daytime destination over the weekend. Outfitted in black-rimmed glasses, B.o.B. had girls falling over themselves and screaming “I love you” to him. B.o.B. took to the stage for a performance to add to the electricity, and the crowd went wild, singing along as he performed his hit “Nothin’ on You.”
