Photos: Angelica Bridges throws dream birthday party for her daughter

By night gorgeous former Baywatch star Angelica Bridges is the va-va-va-voom headline singer in Fantasy at the Luxor. By day she’s a proud single mom, and when it came time to celebrate daughter Scarlett’s third birthday, Angelica decided to make a dream come true.

She set up the birthday blast at Las Vegas Riding Academy ranch, and her other daughter Valentina was among the 50 guests at the celebration. Angelica turned it into a mini zoo with a spider monkey, a kangaroo, a baby ring tail lemur and a porcupine from Roos n’ More, and Sugar Factory created gift bags for the girls.

Angelica labored over the hot stove to do all the cooking herself, except for the hot chili she ordered from Gilley’s at Treasure Island and the ginormous red velvet castle cake that top chefs at Luxor created for Scarlett. Angelica had the four burners going on her stove for 50 sets of hot dogs, macaroni and cheese, Cajun green beans, southern sweet potatoes baked in marshmallows, and oatmeal and chocolate chip cookies, chocolate eclairs and mini pecan pies.

Who knew that the stocking-clad and corseted cutie by night was a fabulous foodie by day! Our contributing photographer Tom Donoghue was there to capture all the fun of the party for VDLX readers.
