Strip Scribbles: Porn stars at Girls of Summer Party on June 4 at Palms
By Robin Leach
The adult movie world’s top actresses will pose for a provocative party next month at the Palms. It all starts June 4 with the weekly Ditch Fridays and continues that night at Rain. The first girls set for the weekend of fun in the sun are Kayden Kross, Riley Steele, Raven Alexis, Joanna Angel, Misty Stone, Kagney Linn Karter, Courtney Cummz, Sara Sloane, Kirsten Price, Belladonna, Jenna Haze, Tori Black, Savanna Samson and Bobbi Starr. Several were at the Palms this year for the AVN Awards.
Meantime, Playboy Playmates took over the day-to-night celebration at Wet Republic and Tabu Ultra Lounge at MGM Grand. Jaime Edmondson, January 2010 Playmate, Heather Rae Young, February 2010 Playmate and Danielle Fornarelli, Playboy model, began the party at the ultra pool, where they mingled with fans and danced to DJ Hollywood’s poolside beats.
The ladies lounged in their cabana until sundown, when they moved the festivities to the nightspot. Dressed in short, sexy summer dresses, the Playmates turned more than a few heads upon arrival and danced the night away with fans while resident DJ Loczi spun hits from behind the wheels of steel.
Actor Rick Faugno of Jersey Boys attends the opening night gala for the Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas at CityCenter on Dec. 4, 2009.
*It’s a very busy couple of showbiz days for our Merry Mayor of Mirth Oscar Goodman. Yesterday, he was joined by comedian David Brenner at New York-New York to shoot a segment for Discovery’s Cash Cab: Vegas slated to air this fall. Today, Oscar meets song and dance man Rick Faugno of Jersey Boys and presents him with a proclamation in honor of Rick’s triple-threat dancing, singing and acting contributions to our city in connection with National Tap Dance Day and his hit one-man show Songs My Idols Sang (and Danced) at South Point.
Then tomorrow, he will declare it Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Day in the City of Las Vegas in a proclamation ceremony. In return, Sandy will bestow on the mayor the title of Honorary Rat Pack Member. Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show is produced by Sandy Hackett, son of comedian and Las Vegas legend Buddy Hackett. The Rat Pack debuted in November 2009 and runs Tuesdays through Saturdays at the Sahara.
Shawn McClain.
*Experience an amazing night of food, wine and music June 5 at one of Las Vegas' most luxurious private residences prepared by five of our James Beard Award-winning chefs, including Shawn McClain from Aria, Claude Le Tohic from MGM, Luciano Pellegrini from The Venetian, Francois Payard from Caesars Palace and Julian Serrano from Bellagio. The evening also features a music performance by members of the Las Vegas Philharmonic. Tickets are $300, with proceeds benefiting Las Vegas Philharmonic and the James Beard Foundation.

The big question: After tonight’s finale of Season 10, will Cheryl and her celebrity partner Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco remain a rumored romantic new2u and turn up together here?
Stormy.
*We told you yesterday all about the 2010 Best in Show fundraiser for The Animal Foundation at The Orleans on Sunday. Would you believe only one of the dogs wasn’t adopted? Meet Stormy, a sweet little terrier. Surely somebody won’t let her be the only one left out of the party. Meantime, our PR executive friend Kate Whitely and her husband will care for her until she finds her forever home. Stormy is housebroken and knows a few commands. Please contact Lied Animal Shelter for information.
*The 4th Annual Henry Prendes Charity Golf Classic raised more than $13,000, with 20 percent going to the Injured Police Officers Fund on behalf of the families of fallen officers. The remainder goes to Henry’s Place, a camp for underprivileged youths formed in 2006 to honor the Metro Police sergeant who lost his life in the line of duty. Dawn Prendes was joined by Sheriff Doug Gillespie, singer Elisa Furr (who delivered a powerful national anthem), golf pro Mike Dobbyn (2007 RE/Max world long drive champion who holds the Guinness Book of World Records title for the longest drive of 551 yards) and cast members of Men of X and X Burlesque.
