More than 75 restaurants, chefs and beverage vendors are gathering this evening at the Palazzo pools for the Las Vegas Epicurean Affair, a showcase of some of the Entertainment Capital of the World’s best cuisine and cocktails hosted by the Nevada Restaurant Association and the Palazzo.
Palazzo Food & Beverage Vice President Sebastien Silvestri said in a statement: “The Palazzo’s pools are the perfect venue to host this prestigious event. We know this will be an evening that guests won’t soon forget.”
NvRA President Katherine Jacobi said: “It’s no secret that Las Vegas is on the cutting edge when it comes to hospitality. Our amazing restaurants are a big part of that. We couldn’t be more excited to have such a beautiful venue to showcase tonight why Las Vegas is the culinary destination.”
VIP admission at 6 p.m. is $150, general admission at 7 p.m. is $100, and private cabanas, which accommodate as many as six people, are $300. Epicurean Affair ends at 10 p.m., and attendees and participants must be ages 21 or older. Tickets are still available online at the Palazzo and Epicurean Affair’s Web sites. Proceeds benefit NvRA’s Educational Foundation and culinary educational programs. The Flamingo hosted last year's Epicurean Affair.
Check out NVRA’s Web site for the long list of tonight’s participants, and check back right here at Vegas DeLuxe tomorrow for coverage of the culinary extravaganza.
