Peepshow headliner and Holly’s World star Holly Madison will be all smiles as she jets out of town early Monday to start a weeklong vacation from her Planet Hollywood show. But it’s really because her reality TV series on E! Entertainment has been given the green light for Season 2 after the success of its debut year. Filming hasn’t been scheduled yet but will be before year’s end.
Holly has decided that en route to her Florida holiday, she will fly into the Gulf Coast to help in the cleanup efforts. She’ll also meet local VIP political figures to promote tourism while there on Tuesday. First, she’ll work with cleanup crews in Orange Beach, Ala., to attach film sheeting to the absorbent booms and then go out into the waters to absorb the oil sheen and catch tar balls.
She also will go out on a dolphin boat from the Cotton Bayou to join the volunteer efforts in keeping track of the dolphin population to ensure that it is thriving in the oil spill emergency.
We all know that Holly has a special place in her heart for animals, and she plans to go to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, which because it’s in a low-lying area, has to transport all animals out of hurricane harm. Holly plans to visit “The Little Zoo That Could” and present the foundation with her own charitable donation.
Vegas DeLuxe will have the full Gulf Coast cleanup report from Holly herself with photographs before she goes off to Orlando for fun in the sun at Disneyland and at the Harry Potter attraction at Universal Studios.
