Comedian Louie Anderson made the move this summer to Palace Station after a four-year-plus headliner run at the Excalibur -- his show closed on The Strip on Aug. 1 -- and all of his hard work with Louie LOL pays off tonight.

Anderson’s headliner show is in his own Louie Anderson Theater, and a media and VIP night is scheduled for tomorrow evening. It looks as if the emoticon in the show’s title has been dropped since the media preview a few months ago at Palace Station for the Life With Louie star and former host of Family Feud.

Anderson was a guest columnist for Vegas DeLuxe on July 20 while Mr. Vegas DeLuxe Robin Leach was on his annual vacation in Tuscany, and he wrote about, among other topics, his excitement about his new show at Palace Station and his continuing endeavor Stand-Up Boot Camp with fellow comedian Kyle Cease.

Tickets for Louie LOL are $49.95 for the 8:30 p.m. show Tuesdays through Saturdays. The show is dark Sundays and Mondays. Vegas DeLuxe wishes Anderson best wishes for his new production in his new home. Break a leg!
