First photos of ‘The Situation’ on Season 11’s Dancing With the Stars

For the first time this morning, Dancing With the Stars and Jersey Shore fans are getting a look at the official photographs of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and his professional partner Karina Smirnoff as they prepare for Monday’s two-hour premiere of Season 11 of ABC’s No. 1-rated show.

Now anticipated are their first rehearsal photographs, which will be posted right here at Vegas DeLuxe as soon as they are available. It’s all a long way from the Jersey Shore for the MTV reality TV star and Las Vegas regular who will be spinning records and hosting next weekend at the Hard Rock Hotel pool as DWTS cameras trail him. Karina is expected to be with him for the visit and daily rehearsals.

Vegas DeLuxe will have a full rundown of the celebrity competitors and their pro partners on Friday ahead of next week’s three primetime programs Monday through Wednesday. We’ll pay special attention to Audrina Patridge, The Situation and David Hasselhoff because of their Las Vegas connections.

Another contestant to watch will be Michael Bolton, who’ll have DWTS cameras hovering around him when he performs at Sunset Station on Saturday and again three weeks later at the David Foster & Friends concert at Mandalay Bay Events Center on Oct. 15 to air on PBS. (Tickets for that event with Donna Summer, Chaka Khan, Natalie Cole, Kenny Loggins, Ne-Yo, Seal, Martina McBride, Earth Wind & Fire and teen sensation Charice, a new cast member on Fox’s Glee, which also kicks off next week, go on sale today).

And Editor Don Chareunsy has an interview with Margaret Cho that will be posted here at Vegas DeLuxe today. The comedienne is at The Pearl in the Palms on Friday ahead of her Monday debut on DWTS, and pro partner Louis Van Amstel is on tour with her for rehearsals for the reality TV competition.
