Rebel rocker Vince Neil literally travels to hell’s darkest corners and back in his explosive and shocking new autobiography Tattoos & Tequila. Vince also confirmed his recent separation from fourth wife Lia after a 10-year relationship as the book is released nationwide next Thursday.

The notorious Motley Crue frontman -- he’s been at it for 25 years -- who lives here in Las Vegas candidly admits: “It’s a miracle we survived at all. We are all very lucky we didn’t kill ourselves. A bottle of Jack Daniels and uncooked hot dogs do not make for a particularly well-balanced diet.

“It might have looked like we were trying to kill ourselves, but death was never the intent. We were just looking for that kick, that high to feel good.”

Vince doesn’t pull any punches with the scandalous revelations: He blasts his bandmates Nikki Sixx and Tommy Lee. “Tommy is an egomaniac, and Nikki likes to portray himself as The Messiah.”

He writes about the tragedies in his life and the decade since the book The Dirt was written by all four band members. He’s honest about his stints in rehab fighting alcohol and drug addictions -- and even discloses intimate secrets of his ex-wives.

Vince also admits that the hit song “Girls Girls Girls” was just a mere nod to the thousands of groupies he confessed to bedding over the years.

Leaked passages from the book have already set off one massive firestorm. Vince describes Ozzy Osbourne’s wife Sharon, an America’s Got Talent judge, as “the most evil, sh***iest woman I’ve ever met in my life,” and she in turn has had some choice accusatory words for him that we won’t repeat here.

I also can’t tell you here what he used to do with egg burritos in his lap to ensure that his wives and girlfriends knew he wasn’t cheating on them! It’s shockingly hilarious, but you’ll have to buy the book to find out exactly how and why.

Vince is about to begin a 25-city tour to promote the book and his same-name new solo album. We’ll have our exclusive one-on-one interview with Vince at his home here in Las Vegas next week as we delve further into the surprises you’ll learn when you turn the pages of Tattoos & Tequila when it drops next Thursday.
