Academy Award-nominated actor Chazz Palminteri’s critically acclaimed solo show A Bronx Tale is returning once again to The Venetian from Oct. 7-18 for a limited engagement. The one-man tour de force is a coming-of-age story about reaching one’s true potential and trusting one’s heart.

After two successful engagements at The Venetian -- first in October, then in April -- Chazz is bringing his 18-character, 85-minute play back to The Strip, with performances at 8 p.m. and dark Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A Bronx Tale Premiere

Chazz spoke with Vegas DeLuxe in an extensive interview during his first engagement, and we posted a photo gallery from the red carpet premiere last year.

*Celebrities are lining up for the new $300 power shirts designed by Roderick Tung, and they’ve just launched here in Las Vegas. When the designer hosted a cocktail party in the new boutique Scoop at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace, Caesars Palace headliner Matt Goss snapped up the first two classic whites and hound’s-tooth.

TV host Billy Bush and Entourage star Jordan Belfi are fans, too. The sexy, two-ply Egyptian cotton power shirts are designed in Los Angeles, hand-stitched in Italy and made for the athletic guy who wants a European fit. Matt is helping to design and market his own MG signature tuxedo shirt.

Vince Neil Book Signing at Barnes & Noble

Motley Crue rocker and Las Vegas resident Vince Neil hosted a book signing for his autobiography Tattoos and Tequila last night at Barnes and Noble on Maryland Parkway. Vince recently spoke to Vegas DeLuxeabout the controversial book and his recent split with fourth wife Lia Neil. Thanks to contributing photographer Scott Harrison for his photographs.

Salsero Saturdays at Tropicana

*After three years at South Point, Michito Sanchez and his Salsa Orchestra have moved onto The Strip with Salsero Saturdays at the renovated Tropicana. Grammy winner Michito features singers Noyubel Gorgoy and Rolando Iglesias. Contributing photographer Tom Donoghue shot this gallery on opening night for Vegas DeLuxe, when many Strip performers, including Cirque du Soleil dancers, stopped in to salsa the night away.

Tonight’s tips

Many of Las Vegas’ finest chefs serve their signature creations at the Three Square Food Bank fundraising event Dish at Palms Pool & Bungalows. It’s an exquisite culinary adventure topped off with a concert by Smash Mouth at Rain. Come hungry! Speaking of fine food, a reminder that Panevino Ristorante hosts its monthly wine dinner event, this time celebrating the Abruzzo region of Italy. Tattoo mogul Mario Barth hosts the kickoff party for his Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth at Hofbrauhaus. The three-day convention for permanent cosmetics, body piercing, modification and jewelry starts tomorrow and continues through Sunday at Mandalay Bay.

David Copperfield.

Master magician and illusionist David Copperfield begins a new and uninterrupted run through Nov. 3 of his Grand Illusions at MGM Grand’s Hollywood Theater. The Vegas Music Summit workshop panels about making records, managing artists and understanding today’s industry run all afternoon at the El Cortez. Tonight’s entertainment lineup at Beauty Bar includes Parade of Lights, And She Whispered, K-Sera and Stamps. Tao at The Venetian is in search of the hottest cowgirl in town, so dress in your best western attire for Worship Thursday and the $5,000 prize.

Tomorrow’s teases

A rage of rockers and tattoo titans arrive for the Greatest Tattoo Show on Earth, and the ice hockey hunks from the Los Angeles Kings skate into town for the annual rink rumble against the Colorado Avalanche, plus the full report of the John Lennon 70th birthday celebrations and Beatles: Quarryman film premiere at Lake Las Vegas.
