The boys were back in town in The Entertainment Capital of the World, and they were center stage, from a Las Vegas royal wedding for a hotel mogul to concerts galore and, finally, to a much-hyped but ultimately low-key appearance by a talented but complicated actor named Charlie Sheen.

While Prince William and Kate Middleton were watched by millions upon millions in their multi-million-dollar Royal Wedding in England, Steve Wynn also wed a British woman, the now-former Andrea Hissom, in a wedding attended by hundreds (reports range from 500 to 1,000 guest).

Oscar winner Clint Eastwood made Wynn’s day by serving as the best man, and Sylvester Stallone, Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie Presley were among the guests. Mr. Vegas DeLuxe Robin Leach and Senior Editor John Katsilometes were on Las Vegas royal wedding duty.

Sheen arrived at Chateau Gallery & Nightclub at the Paris early Sunday morning with “goddess” Natalie Kenly, a marijuana magazine cover girl, after a performance in San Francisco and jumping aboard a private jet, just like a winner and champ. He didn’t get on a mic for a Q&A, but he posed for photographs on the red carpet and was up until at least 7 a.m. dining at Sugar Factory American Brasserie at the Paris and handing out “Winner” baseball caps to patrons.

Incidentally, his divorce to Brooke Mueller became final Monday, and CBS is moving forward with Two and a Half Men without its award-winning lead actor. In other non-wedding and non-Charlie Sheen news:

Tiger Jam 2011

Tiger Woods’ one-year hiatus from his Tiger Jam fundraiser ended with a golf clinic and a concert Saturday night at Mandalay Bay Events Center with Keith Urban, John Mayer and opening act Tyler Hilton. Urban and Mayer’s guitar duets had the crowd on its feet. Woods is dealing with a knee and foot injury, but Tiger Jam has reportedly raised another $750,000 for the Tiger Woods Foundation, which assists underserved youths.

Steve Martin and the Steep Canyon Rangers

Legendary comedian Steve Martin, performing in Las Vegas for the first time in more than 30 years, and his bluegrass band Steep Canyon Rangers were center stage at the Mirage over the weekend, and Katsilometes was all over it, as Martin and his Cyrano-like nose were all over Daryl Hannah in Roxanne. Sugar Ray, with frontman Mark McGrath, performed at Henderson Pavilion.

Dania Ramirez and David Spade at Sugar Factory

DJ Samantha Ronson, in surprising (not) jeans and a T-shirt, kicked off her residency at Chateau and was joined by Entourage actress Dania Ramirez, who played hostess, David Spade, Playboy Playmate Kelly Carrington and NFL player Jeff Garcia. The Real Housewives of New York star Kelly Bensimon celebrated her 43rd birthday up and down the Strip.

The Rules of Engagement star Sara Rue had her bachelorette party at Tao Beach at the Venetian. Rue looked slim and sexy at Tao Beach, and her weekend also included dinner and partying at Tao and Lavo at the Palazzo. Fans will always remember Rue as the sassy and fiercely real Carmen Ferrara on Ryan Murphy’s pre-Glee nighttime teen soap Popular.

Hope Dworaczyk hosts at Vanity

Swoon-worthy Saturday was a pin-up paradise, with super-hunk Joe Manganiello (Alcide on HBO’s True Blood) at Gallery Nightclub at Planet Hollywood; still-very-sexy Ricky Martin at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace (a report from the Musica+Alma+Sexo evening will be posted later today); and 2010 Playmate of the Year Hope Dworaczyk, who has brains and raven-haired beauty, hosting at Vanity at the Hard Rock Hotel. Dworaczyk is currently competing on NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice.

Also at Gallery, the young cast of MTV’s The Hard Life of R.J. Berger -- Jayson Blair, Amber Lancaster, Paul Iacono, Kara Taitz and Jareb Dauplaise. Blair was joined by his girlfriend, 2007 Playmate of the Year Sara Underwood, and Lancaster by her boyfriend, The Bold and the Beautiful star Zack Conroy. Many of the Chateau and Gallery all dined at Sugar Factory American Brasserie, as did New Orleans Saints running back Reggie Bush and singer Jack Osbourne.

Off the Strip at Orleans Arena, the annual Best in Show was hosted by Venetian headliner comedienne Rita Rudner and emceed by Mr. Leach, with appearances by Peepshow and Holly’s World stars Holly Madison and Josh Strickland, who performed the national anthem. Fifty-four dogs were up for adoption at the event, and 54 dogs found new homes, including one to Madison with a generous donation of $5,000. Love or hate Madison -- and Las Vegans should love her -- Madison walks the walk.

On tap this week: Bon Appetit’s Vegas Uncork’d, the official announcement of the 2011 Playboy Playmate of the Year at the Palms (Playboy mogul Hugh Hefner and Dworaczyk should be on hand for the festivities, and everyone who cares knows that the recipient is 19-year-old Claire Sinclair) and Manny Pacquiao vs. Shane Mosley at MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Congratulations to hometown and UFC hero Randy Couture on his retirement after UFC 129 in Toronto. And, as always, a heartfelt thank you to the photographers and videographers who cover The Entertainment Capital of the World and make celebrity and A&E coverage in Las Vegas better, bigger and brighter.
