Grammy Award-winning singer Fergie, successful solo artist and vocalist with the Black Eyed Peas, celebrated her belated 37th birthday at the new 1 OAK in the Mirage on Friday night, and the sexy star was F-E-R-G-A-L-I-C-I-O-U-S with her long, wavy blonde locks and curve-hugging, floral-print blue dress.

Fellow Grammy winner -- and hometown hero -- Ne-Yo was among the crowd at 1 0AK, where Fergie was presented with a three-tier birthday cake topped with a pink stiletto.
