Tickets for Vegas Uncork’d from May 10-13 go on sale Thursday

Tickets for 2012 Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit from May 10-13 go on sale Thursday at 9 a.m. This year’s Vegas Uncork’d, at Bellagio, Caesars Palace, Cosmopolitan and Mandalay Bay, features 70 restaurants, 50 chefs and 30 sommeliers over four days of one weekend with 30 events.

Highlights include the Food Truck Festival at the Bellagio on May 10; the Grand Tasting at Garden of the Gods at Caesars Palace with 50 award-winning chefs and 100 wines on May 11; the celebrity chef gaming tournament at Cosmopolitan also on May 11; and the Surfside Beach Clam Bake at Mandalay Bay on May 12.

The four-day extravaganza held Mother’s Day weekend draws the world's culinary superstars while celebrating Las Vegas as a global culinary destination with international appeal.

“There’s a reason why the world’s elite chefs and enthusiastic food lovers look forward to this event every year,” said Adam Rapoport, editor in chief of Bon Appetit magazine. “Through their visionary culinary programs, Las Vegas resorts not only elevate the standard for hotel dining everywhere, but also inject a singular kind of excitement into the global culinary scene.”
