It was a whirlwind, double-duty Las Vegas visit for reality TV star Kim Kardashian over the weekend. Kim put her powered-up New York City romance with rapper Kanye West on hold for 24 hours when she flew into town to party at Rehab in the Hard Rock Hotel.

She also cast aside thoughts of the end-of-month legal depositions against New Jersey Nets star Kris Humphries in their divorce when she launched her perfume True Reflection at Kardashian Khaos in the Mirage after Rehab.

Thousands of daytime revelers were on hand as the popular reality TV star appeared at the infamous Sunday pool party. Kim’s HRH entourage included Marla Esposito and Tao’s Mike Snedegar.

Kim wore a black YSL dress and smiled while moving to the beats of DJ Shift. Her brother Rob Kardashian, in town to judge the 2012 Miss USA Pageant at Planet Hollywood, and she squeezed in brother-sister time over coffee.

Then she signed more autographs and posed for photographs with 300 lucky fans among the hundreds waiting for her at the Mirage. Kim’s fast romance with Kanye has become the talk of the gossip world wondering if they are moving in together. It’s the talk of her sisters on the new season of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”

Kim was back in L.A. on Sunday night in time for the special MTV Movie Awards episode of Ashton Kutcher’s “Punk’d” in which sister Kourtney Kardashian’s boyfriend and baby daddy Scott Disick, who celebrated his 29th birthday here at 1 OAK in the Mirage on Friday, set up Kim as the target of a prank with a devoted fan, a gas pump explosion and a stolen wallet.

Also at the Hard Rock Hotel over the weekend was rocker Pete Wentz, who celebrated an early birthday at Vanity Nightclub, with members of his band Black Cards and model girlfriend Meagan Camper sharing a birthday cake. Pete continued his birthday weekend playing a DJ set the next day during the Nectar Music Festival at Hard Rock’s Beachlife party.
