What’s a young rock star to do after winning a 2012 Billboard Music Award at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas?

Well, if you’re Justin Bieber, 18, and Chris Brown, 23, you grab a bite to eat together at chef Barry S. Dakake’s N9NE Steakhouse in the Palms, of course. (Plus, Disneyland is closed at this hour.)
