Here's a guide to glitterati — where celebrities will see and be seen in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve.
Who: Usher
What: “A special countdown that party people won’t soon forget,” including a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.
Where: The Bank (Bellagio)
When: Doors open at 10 p.m.
