New Year’s Eve in Las Vegas - A Guide to the Glitterati

Here's a guide to glitterati — where celebrities will see and be seen in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve.

Who: Usher

What: “A special countdown that party people won’t soon forget,” including a complimentary champagne toast at midnight.

Where: The Bank (Bellagio)

When: Doors open at 10 p.m.

How Much: $150 per person. Table service is also available, from $1,000 with a two-bottle minimum, and includes a “complimentary” bottle of Dom Perignon champagne.

What: Post-concert party at one of Vegas’ sexiest nightspots, complete with hats, noisemakers and a complimentary champagne toast.
