Splash down at Mandalay Bay Beach
Mandalay Beach is the newest place for you to have a gay old time.
Calendar
- Splash Sundays
- August 23 and continuing Sundays, noon-6 p.m.
- $20 cover for tourists, $10 for locals and hotel guests.
- Mandalay Bay Beach's South Lagoon Pool
When the Sunkissed Sunday pool party at the Luxor became the first LGBT party of its kind on the Strip, we knew it wouldn’t be long before other casinos wizened up to the idea. Enter Splash Sundays at Mandalay Bay’s South Lagoon Pool, “The Gay Beach of Las Vegas.” A collaboration between Vegas’ own Eduardo Cordova of Localites (who was instrumental in the inception of Sunkissed) and gay party don Jeffrey Sanker of White Party infamy, Splash takes full advantage of over 230 lounge chairs and 14 fully-equipped cabanas. The party kicks off on Sunday, August 23 with guest DJ Derek Monteiro from the Abbey in LA. Down the road, Sanker will throw his highly-anticipated annual White Party Vegas Labor Day pool party at Splash. The party runs from noon-6 p.m., with $20 cover for tourists, $10 for locals and hotel guests.
