If you can’t afford to fly to Miami to see DJs compete at the Winter Music Conference at the end of the month, you can still enjoy a DJ spin off right here in Las Vegas at Studio 54. The MGM nightclub will host the Official Nightclub & Bar Show DJ Spin Off tonight where top caliber talent like Skribble, Irie, OB-one, Eric Cubeechee and Gusto will duke it out for the bragging rights.
Even in Las Vegas, it’s not everyday so many A-list DJs are assembled for one event. DJ Skribble is a popular producer, remixer and radio personality who has gained fame for his spinning skills on shows like MTV’s The Grind, TRL and Spring Break as well as stints at summer pool parties like Ditch Fridays at the Palms and Rehab at the Hard Rock. Challenging Skribble will be local favorites DJ OB-one, who spins thrash and electronica regularly at The Playboy Club and Moon, and LA native Eric Cubeechee aka the “Cuban Assassin,” who has fifteen years of spinning experience under his belt and specializes in Latin-influenced mash up classics.

Sponsoring this all-star DJ blow out is ÍS Vodka, pronounced “ice,” for those not in the know. This new addition to the premium vodka market is a blend of pure Icelandic water and non-genetically modified wheat that is distilled seven times to ensure purity. In other words, it’s vodka for the Whole Foods crowd.
The new luxury vodka will be available at various venues and liquor stores around Las Vegas on March 16, but you can try it tonight at Studio 54, which will offer a ÍS Vodka open bar from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. VIP tables in the club will be offering ÍS Vodka bottle service throughout the evening.
