Killers tickets on sale for Vegas show

By Jennifer Grafiada

The Killers - before they were famous.

Las Vegas’ own rock star foursome will be returning once again, this time to play at the Mandalay Bay Events Center on September 19th. The Killers will play the 12,000 capacity indoor arena that has hosted superstars like Aerosmith, Janet Jackson, Green Day, Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears. It will be the band’s largest headlining show in Las Vegas yet.

Tickets, which cost $39.75 -$81.75, went on sale to the general public at 10:00 a.m. today on Ticketmaster.com. Pre-sale tickets have already been flying out the door, with avid Killers fans (called Victims) snapping them up early on the 24th.

Summer in Vegas delivers quality concerts just as dependably as its annual heat wave, and the hard part will be deciding which bands to shell out for. Green Day, Blink-182, Kings of Leon, Incubus and No Doubt will stop by in July and August. Start saving your pennies now, or come September, the Killers will go on without you.
