L.A. is no Vegas for local porn star Nikki Rhodes
By
Former Las Vegan Nikki Rhodes moved to Los Angeles in November, and is already looking forward to returning to Sin City when her lease is up.
Less than two months after moving to Los Angeles, local porn star and model Nikki Rhodes is ready to come back to Vegas.
"I moved to LA for work because I traveled out there, and it was just too much for me," the petite redhead said Friday at the AVN Adult Entertainment Expo. "I didn't like paying for a place out here I was never at, although I love Las Vegas and still want to live here."

Rhodes, who moved to Vegas about four years ago, added that she was in the area more often after the move, ironically, thanks to a local company she still works for, her Web site being based in Vegas and her work for Strip Las Vegas magazine as a model and porn reviewer. A holiday time lull in the industry hasn't kept her away from her former hometown.
Rhodes spent about three weeks of December in Vegas, though that wasn't entirely of her choosing. She was unable to fly to LA thanks to the snowstorm and had to spend some extra time in the area.
Of course, considering her feelings on her new home, she probably didn't mind all that much.
"After my lease is up I'm planning on moving back," Rhodes said. "I hate L.A. I hate traffic. I miss Las Vegas."
