A couple of lines to note, from a stranger and Carrot Top

By John Katsilometes

Two pretty good lines from the past few days, worth passing along:

*On the Caesars Palace elevator, after I boarded on the fourth floor of the parking garage elevator, the woman’s voice (as always) announces, “Going down.” There was a pause and a guy says, “Well, she’s pretty open about it.”

*From Carrot Top, on the E! Entertainment show Chelsea Lately, during a discussion of how Dick Cheney wrenched his back moving a box of personal belongings and showed up to the inauguration in a wheelchair. “Who's going to help him move? It’s not like he can just call his friends. ‘You want me to help you move? You’re not going to shoot me in the face, are you?’ ”
