A second look at First Food & Bar
First Food & Bar in the Palazzo is open "21/7," with a late-night menu that offers a post-club alternative to the drive-thru or casino cafe.

It’s been over two months since we gave you an exclusive sneak peek at First Food & Bar, the 21-hour-a-day restaurant and nightclub that will open this Friday (June 5) sandwiched between the Palazzo and Venetian in a wing of the Palazzo Shoppes.
Today, sandwiched between a visit to Mario Batali’s Bet the Farm farmer's market at the Palazzo (more on that soon) and lunch at his Venetian eatery Enoteca San Marco, I got my first in-person glimpse of First. And let me just say, it’s looking good.
While I didn’t crash the staff’s tasting lunch or attempt to install myself at the bar in hopes of having the very best seat in the house when the crowds inevitably descend this weekend, I did snap a few pictures of Chef Sam “Sammy D” DeMarco’s new baby.
Enjoy your second peak at First. For a closer look you’ll just have to make the trip.
