UFC 103 features an intense matchup in the main event between Rich Franklin and Vitor Belfort. Belfort came in a tad heavy on the scales initially, just a quarter pound over weight, but managed to make weight an hour later. Perhaps fans can make light of this fact with a tasty quarter pound burger at one of the many local bars and casino venues showing the fight. Other fights not to miss include Junior Dos Santos and Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic, Frank Trigg and Josh Koscheck and The Ultimate Fighter alums, Cole Miller and Efrain Escudero.
Several of the Station Casinos will be showing the fight live, starting at 7 p.m., in their various lounges and showrooms. The doors will open at different times, depending on the venue. Several venues at other casinos will have drink specials at their viewing parties. Diablo’s Cantina will offer 32 oz. draft beers in souvenir cups for $10 and $5 margaritas.
