Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino is a unique destination resort set on 120 lush acres on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort offers three distinct hotel experiences: Mandalay Bay, a AAA Four Diamond award-winning hotel, with 3,211 luxurious rooms and suites reflecting a modern tropical ambiance; Four Seasons Hotel, a AAA Five Diamond hotel-within-a-hotel, offering 424 rooms and suites; and the stand-alone all-suite THEhotel which will be redesigned and rebranded Delano Las Vegas in late 2013. Mandalay Bay boasts an 11-acre tropical pool paradise, featuring real sand, a wave pool and the only climate-controlled, poolside gaming in the city. Other property highlights include world-class entertainment at the 12,000-seat Mandalay Bay Events Center, award-winning dining by celebrity chefs and restaurateurs, Shark Reef Aquarium and the 1.7-million-square-foot Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Mandalay Bay’s offerings also include BATHHOUSE Spa, House of Blues Concert Hall and restaurant, and The Shoppes at Mandalay Place, a collection of unique boutiques and restaurants. In 2013, Mandalay Bay will become home to a resident Cirque du Soleil production based on the music and choreography of the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

eyecandy sound lounge and bar: So much more than a center bar--despite its central location--Eyecandy is a bright, wide-open, smoke-free lounge with private VIP booths, banquette and bar seating, a unique interactive dance floor and even iPod docking-station VIP booths. Eyecandy bar opens at 11 a.m. daily; eyecandy sound lounge opens at 7 p.m. nightly.

Foundation Room: Accessible only by private elevator, the Foundation Room sits atop the Mandalay Bay on the 43rd floor in an enviable perch. Once a members-only venue, the low-lit lounge is now open to the public nightly with events ranging from dance music nights to burlesque shows. Authentic artifacts from India and Tibet, intricately carved wood-paneled walls and lush fabrics lend an Eastern, mystical ambiance.

House of Blues: Incorporating flavors from all over the world, noted celebrity chef Aarón Sanchez has created comfort food that's classic, bold and contemporary, including new signature dishes such as shrimp and grits, chile braised short ribs and street tacos. Surrounded by the unique folk art that fills the walls, Crossroads at House of Blues is the place where food, music and art intersect. On Sundays, House of Blues serves up their World Famous Gospel Brunch® with great food and live entertainment. miX: The 24-foot chandelier made from 15,000 hand-blown glass spheres and the breathtaking view of the city aren't the only things that make miX in Las Vegas a dazzling dining experience. The restaurant by celebrity chef Alain Ducasse features classic French and American dishes with global accents, making for a perfect fine dining experience. Some signature dishes include: Spicy Crab Salad with guacamole, heart of palm & cilantro; pepper crusted bison tenderloin with glazed vegetable and black pepper sauce; Roasted Maine lobster "Au Curry" with coconut basmati rice; and miX Candy Bar with coconut/lime sorbet. The restaurant has been honored with multiple AAA Four Diamond awards, One Michelin Star, and Mobil Four Star awards. MiX is listed in the book “Eating Las Vegas 2013: The 50 Essential Restaurants.”

Fleur by Hubert Keller: Enjoy the world's finest tastes gathered from around the globe and tastefully presented on small plates by "Top Chef" Master Chef Hubert Keller. Fleur offers casual seating at the bar, lounge and patio as well as a more intimate experience in its dining room. Keller's restaurant features French cooking accented with Mediterranean flavors. He also takes cocktails to the next level, using liquid nitrogen as part of his mixology. Looking for a $5,000 burger fix? High-rollers can indulge in his foie gras and black truffle-topped Kobe burger.
