Cilicia Waggoner

Cilicia is a 26-year-old cocktail server at Venus Pool Club. Originally from Phoenix, AZ, she has been in Las Vegas for 22 years now. She believes that beauty stems from happiness. Her favorite thing about Las Vegas is that there is always something to do, see and eat. When not at work she is either at school, the gym or hanging out with her 8-year-old son.
