Tryst cocktail server Heather Kobes may work in the nightlife industry, but her favorite thing about Las Vegas isn't partying at multi-million-dollar clubs or hanging with VIPs, it's the people. Or watching them, more specifically. "Everybody comes to Vegas from many different countries and states," says the Minnesota native. "It's so fun and interesting to watch such a variety of people from so many different cultures all together in one city."
