The 50-plus celebrity chefs on the Strip continue the Vegas Uncork’d by Bon Appetit extravaganza for all three days of the weekend; be sure to check out the full rundown we posted Wednesday. But there’s plenty of comedy and music options for the non-foodies partying here for the next 72 hours.

Two legendary ladies will have us under their spell this Mother’s Day weekend. Liza Minnelli sings up a storm at the LVH (formerly the Hilton) on Saturday, and Lily Tomlin has the audience laughing in the aisles at the Smith Center for the Performing Arts downtown Sunday. Add Audrina Patridge’s 27th birthday celebration at MGM Grand’s Wet Republic, plus supermodel Jessica White and cover girl Dominique Storelli at Tao in the Venetian, and that’s going to be a duel of the talented and titillating.

Hip hop, soul, rock, blues and jazz also are in a battle in the nightclubs and onstage: Drake’s show is at MGM Grand Garden Arena (did he really break Serena Williams’ heart?) and Snoop Dogg at the Hard Rock Hotel, plus Creed performs at the Pearl in the Palms, while Carlos Santana continues his brilliant guitar run at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay. Rev Run and Jermaine Dupri go head-to-head behind the DJ decks.

One warning about this weekend’s entertainment scene: The Gazillionaire is on the loose at “Absinthe” in Caesars Palace. The wacky, wealthy impresario plans to shock us even more with Spiegelworld’s newest production “Empire,” which bizarrely gets a one-night Las Vegas preview Sunday ahead of its move to New York for a summer run. He’s promising to steal any acts better than his crazy cast at “Absinthe” and send those he doesn’t want off to Manhattan. Mayhem -- maybe murder -- may ensue!

If you want something different and that’s also a break from UFC and boxing, head for the exciting Lion Fight Muay Thai matches with five amateur fights and six pro fights. This international MMA combat sport is amazing with its “Art of the Eight Limbs” (punches, body kicks, elbows, knees) and features five hours of brutal slugfests. Check out LionFightPromotions.com for a rundown of the fights and fighters. We’ll also be rooting for our local Olympic 2016 hopeful, former UFC ring girl Natasha Wicks, in Ryno Running’s Annual Las Vegas 5K hosted by T.J. Lavin.

Now it’s time for us to lace up, warm up, stretch and get in the clinch as we go for our gold with the weekly race on and off the Strip we affectionately refer to as the Royal Robin Rundown:

FRIDAY, MAY 11

Drake with guest J.Cole is at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Creed is at the Pearl. Carlos Santana continues his residency at HOB all weekend. Country music baritone and guitarist Ray Price is at Boulder Station. Nashville Unplugged featuring Shane McAnally and Josh Osborne are at Green Valley Ranch. And Liverpool’s indie rock band the Wombats play the Cosmopolitan for two nights.

Former “Saturday Night Live” star turned comedy movie king Rob Schneider is at the Orleans for two nights. Ralphie May is at South Point all weekend. Amy Schumer is at the Riviera. And Alan Safier is George Burns in “Say Goodnight, Gracie” at the Smith Center.

OF SPECIAL NOTE

Tickets are on sale for Aretha Franklin with guest Jonathan Slocumb for their July 15 performance and for Luis Miguel’s Sept. 13-15 performances -- both at the Colosseum in Caesars Palace. All of today’s events for Vegas Uncork’d can be found in our rundown. Rock N’Brew to benefit the UNLV Beverage Club is at Breath Pool Lounge at the Hard Rock Hotel with Las Vegas comedy queen and hostess Cherisse and music by American Cream and Summit Grove.

PARTY PATROL

Drake’s concert after-party is at Tao. Jermaine Dupri spins at Tryst in the Wynn. The Rev Run and Ruckus launch their summer DJ residency at Summer Camp at the Hard Rock Hotel pool. Supermodel Jessica White joins with Maxim cover girl Dominique Storelli to host at Tao Beach. NO_ID and Nero spin at XS in Steve Wynn’s Encore with Funkagenda at neighboring Surrender. Rosa Acosta hosts at Gallery Nightclub in Planet Hollywood. And Steve Cyr’s Summer Tour for ESPN Radio comes with a bikini tug-of-war at the Hard Rock, but no word as to whether sun worshippers pull the bikini strings or simply compete wearing them!

SATURDAY, MAY 12

The leading lady of song Liza Minnelli headlines at the LVH with guest Nicolas King. Rap royal Snoop Dogg performs at Soundwaves poolside stage at the Hard Rock. Wynonna and the Big Noise are at the Cannery. Snow Patrol with guest Ed Sheeran are at Boulevard Pool at the Cosmopolitan. Earl Turner is at Suncoast’s Showroom for two nights. Keiko Matsui’s smooth jazz is at Green Valley Ranch. Phil Vassar, Jana Kramer and the Tony Marques Band perform at Country in the Park by Mountain’s Edge. And Steel Panther bewitch the midnight hour at HOB.

OF SPECIAL NOTE

MMA fans have numerous bouts to enjoy at Lion Fight Muay Thai at the Hard Rock. Ryno Running’s Annual Las Vegas 5K is hosted by T.J. Lavin and features UFC’s former Octagon Girl Natasha Wicks. “Stack the Deck Volume 2” will auction off playing cards designed by local artists to benefit Three Square at Artifice Lounge in downtown Las Vegas. Vegas StrEATS Festival is downtown in the Fremont East Entertainment District. A Shimmy Mob takes place at Planet Hollywood’s Miracle Mile Shops to celebrate World Belly Dance Day. And don’t forget the Saturday events for Vegas Uncork’d, including a Clam Bake at Mandalay Bay Beach.

PARTY PATROL

Snoop Dogg hosts his concert after-party at Vanity in the Hard Rock. Sean Paul does double duty performing at Tao Beach by day and Tao at night. Sexy Audrina Patridge, who always wows at Wet Republic, celebrates her birthday (don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of bikini pix). And Sebastian Ingrosso of Swedish House Mafia spins at XS.

SUNDAY, MAY 13

It’s Mother’s Day, so best wishes to all the moms and moms-to-be (including my great assistant Eryn Gingrich) celebrating at brunches. Vegas Uncork’d winds down with Mother’s Day brunches at Rao’s and Restaurant Guy Savoy in Caesars Palace.

The Gazillionaire presents a preview of his show “Empire,” then it heads to New York 24 hours later. Lily Tomlin has her very funny “Laugh-In” routines in her one-woman show at the Smith Center.

“ABBA the Concert: Direct From Sweden” plays Eastside Cannery. See-I is at Hard Rock Cafe on the Strip. The Drums perform at Body English in the Hard Rock. El Chavo Del 8 Animado is at the LVH. And Porcelain Black, wearing little more than her seamed stockings, a garter belt, high heels, a bra and panties, rocks Vanity.

We’ll be posting reports and photos all weekend and continue our coverage Monday, so check back often. The calendar is already chock-full next week with the opening of Carlos’n Charlie’s, Taste of the Nation, plus, my favorite of all striptease queens, Dita Von Teese, arrives here for three nights of her sizzling new burlesque show at HOB.
