Hollywood, sports and music stars continue to choose Las Vegas as their No. 1 destination for parties, performances and pleasure. Here’s a Royal Robin Rundown of the stars at work and play the past few weeks (we’re playing catch-up in this star-studded, jam-packed platinum pleasure playground):

“Dancing With the Stars” pro dancer champion Derek Hough went behind the DJ booth at Hakkasan Las Vegas, while British heartthrob actor Jason Statham, in town filming “Heat,” was the center of attention in a VIP booth. While in town, Jason also dined at Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand with Randy Jackson and partied at Encore Beach Club, enjoying the set by DJ Afrojack.

While in town, Derek also partied at Liquid Pool Lounge at Aria and watched Cirque’s nearby “Zarkana.” TV host Nick Cannon was the guest DJ at Ling Ling Club in Hakkasan. Afrojack, partying at Haze in Aria for Major Lazer, put one of the waitresses on his 6’7” shoulders and walked around the club with her.

Actor Romany Malco took a break from filming “Think Like a Man, Too” to see “Zarkana” with girlfriend Kathleen. It was a double reunion because Romany bumped into longtime friends Paula Abdul and her boyfriend John Caprio at the show. Also at “Zarkana”: MGM Grand magician headliner David Copperfield.

Actress Bo Derek was the latest celebrity to watch Shania Twain’s resident show “Still the One” at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace. Also at Shania: NHL legend Wayne Gretzky and Frank Marino after his show “Divas” at The Quad.

Comedienne Joan Rivers had an early dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s Postrio in The Venetian before her Hollywood anti-rants in the showroom. Also there: Jenny McCarthy and her son Evan before watching Cirque du Soleil’s “The Beatles’ Love” at The Mirage. They went backstage afterward and posed for a photo with the cast. While in town, Joan dined at Lavo in the Palazzo and Jenny at Tao in The Venetian.

Greg Kinnear was seen at the bar at Andrea’s in Steve Wynn’s Encore and enjoyed sushi by executive chef Joseph Elevado. Also at Andrea’s: Hillary Duff and NHL star husband Mike Comrie and Ashley Dupre (Eliot Spitzer’s mistress) with asphalt magnate and baby daddy Thomas “T.J.” Earle. Mario Lopez and pregnant wife Courtney Mazza Lopez dined at Society Cafe in Encore.

DJ Lil Jon and Cedric Gervais joined Reggie Bush and Shaun Phillips for Steve Angello’s set at Encore Beach Club. MWP was at EBC for DJ Avicii. Richard Seymour partied with 12 friends in a bungalow at Encore Beach Club for the DJ set by Fedde Le Grand.

La La Vasquez-Anthony, wife of New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony, partied at 1OAK in The Mirage with actress pal Taraji P. Henson and also dined at Tao and Andrea’s while in town. Wayne Brady dined at nearby Stack before his show.

Junior Achievement hosted its Third Annual Poker Tournament at Aria for 250 participants. Jesse Duangrudeeswat won a $10,000 seat to the World Series of Poker Main Event Celebrities included 2012 Miss Nevada Randi Sundquist, Carla Pellegrino, Ricardo Laguna, Anthony Cools, Marc Savard, Mark Shunock and poker prince Phil Hellmuth.

Coolio counted down to midnight during the New Month’s Eve celebration at Rockhouse in The Venetian and performed his hit “Gangsta’s Paradise.” “Absinthe” stars Angel Porrino and The Gazillionaire joined in the fun.

Emilio Estefan Jr. made a surprise appearance onstage during Carlos Santana’s resident show at House of Blues in Mandalay Bay. Billy Bob Thornton, girlfriend Connie Angland and daughter Bella watched Cirque’s “O” at Bellagio and met the cast before the show.

Duke Fakir, the only surviving original member of The Four Tops, legendary Motown act, and Mary Wilson, founding member of The Supremes, attended Human Nature at The Venetian. Mary joined the Australian Motown-singing quartet onstage to sing “Stop in the Name of Love” and “You Can’t Hurry Love.”

Metta World Peace, formerly Ron Artest, enjoyed Moscow Mules with six friends at Culinary Dropout in The Hard Rock Hotel before heading to nearby Rehab. Also on a recent visit, he celebrated his son’s 14th birthday at chef Carla Pellegrino’s Meatball Spot in Town Square. Also at Meatball Spot recently: Food Network star Guy Fieri, who, as previously reported, is going to open his first Strip restaurant at The Quad.

Rehab has been party central with Kid Capri, DJ Drama resident DJs Richard Beynon, Shift and Wellman, Meek Mill, Adrien Broner, J. Prince Jr. and Austin “Chumlee” Russell.

Marie Osmond related her life experiences as singer, actress, TV host, doll designer and co-founder of Children’s Miracle Network in an interview with Meg Grant at the 2013 AARP Life@50 national convention. “The Bachelorette” hunk Bryden Vukasin watched Claire Sinclair’s “Pin Up” at The Stratosphere.

Paul Pierce enjoyed lunch at Heraea in the Palms. Also at the Palms: Michael Phelps, Win McMurry, Wee-Man, Austin Carlile (Of Mice & Men) and Ashanti and her mother, Tina Douglas.

UFC fighters Urijah Faber, Frank Trigg, Phil Davis and Ramsey Nijem attended the Optical Panacea party at Heraea. UFC ring girl Arianny Celeste wore a Black Angel dress with spiked Louboutin shoes while touring the athletic art pieces. Urijah and Forrest Griffin also checked out Minus 5 in Mandalay Bay before cheering on the UFC 160 fighters. Randy Couture watched “Rock of Ages” at The Venetian. UFC fighter Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone celebrated his win over K.J. Noons with an Exotics Racing drive in a Lamborghini Superleggera topping 100 mph.

E! News host Catt Sadler partied at Tao Beach and then enjoyed dinner at Tao. Actor Gregg Sulkin also was at Tao Beach celebrating his 21st birthday with fellow actors David Henrie and Daren Kagaskoff.

Hair guru to the stars Michael Boychuck keeps busy with his celebrity clients. No sooner does he jet back from a Paris Hilton visit in L.A. than he ran his fingers through the hair of singer Deborah Gibson at his Life Spa Salon in Summerlin to prep her for ABC show “Sing Your Face Off.” Deborah even tweeted a photo of her hair in foils.

Then he worked with actress Susan Anton in an adjoining chair and had rocker Vince Neil booked at his Color in Caesars. Also at Color: Courtney Love and Faye Resnick.

Harrah’s magician Mac King and The Quad comedy juggler Jeff Civillico led more than 200 Caesars Entertainment employees down the company’s newly adopted Angel Park Trail to celebrate Kids to Parks Day. Actor Eric Roberts dined at nearby Rao’s for lunch.

EDM trio Krewella launched their residency at Light in Mandalay Bay, with Insomniac CEO Pasquale Rotella watching from the new nightclub’s balcony.

Miss Nevada Teen Ellie Smith sang the national anthem at an L.A. Dodgers-St. Louis Cardinals game before Cedric the Entertainer threw out the first pitch. Ellie received such a strong standing ovation that she also was asked to sing “God Bless America” during the 7th inning stretch.

Mike Tyson, mobbed by fans while shopping at Sugar Factory in Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood, bought 20 extra bags of candy for the kids with their parents. Singer-songwriter Ann Wilson (Heart) watched Sir Elton John’s “Million Dollar Piano” at Caesars.

Ricky Carmichael, Carey Hart, Broc Tickle, Mike Mason, Josh Hill and Bobby Lee hosted and autograph signing at Hart & Huntington Tattoo and then partied at nearby Vanity for Monster Energy’s Official Supercross After Party. Matt Scott and Pete Loeffler of Chevelle and Dennis Rodman partied at nearby Body English.

Pantera drummer Vinnie Paul and Guy Fieri attended Newsted at Vinyl, and “Dexter” actors David Zayas and C.S. Lee partied at the pool. David and C.S. also dined at STK in The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas while in town, as did Adrian Peterson (Minnesota Vikings).

Mayor Carolyn Goodman and her husband, former Mayor Oscar Goodman, watched “The Phat Pack Is Back” at the Plaza. New Beat Fund performed at Boulevard Pool in The Cosmopolitan. And at Tacos & Tequila in the Luxor: New Luxor headliners Jabbawockeez, “Fantasy,” Carrot Top, Murray Sawchuck and “Fantasy” wife and co-star Chloe Crawford.
