With his love for music, Junior incorporates a wide variety of rare and eclectic tracks from every genre. Junior’s inspiration and structure came from listening to Ron Hardy, Kraftwerk, Farley “Jack Master” Funk, Kool Herc and Larry Levan mix tapes. These pioneer DJ’s/Artists led the way and worked as a foundation for Junior by adding an edge to his sound and style. With his New York roots, being raised in Los Angeles gave him the opportunity to become more diverse with music, art and culture.
With more than 20 years experience as a DJ, he also adds producing, remixing and editing to his list of accomplishments. On his own label Spanish Hustle, Junior’s unreleased promotional tracks and remixes are definitely ones to watch for as they fuel countless dance floors. He's performed at many clubs and venues both nationally and internationally. While continuing to do so, Junior currently holds two residencies in Los Angeles. You can also catch him playing in Las Vegas for various special events including guest spots at the Golden Nugget, the Artisan, the Erotic Heritage Museum, Downtown Cocktail Room (DCR), the Las Vegas Hilton and the Fremont Street Experience.
Juniors shared the stage with some of the biggest names in the music industry. His experience and skill come into play by having the ability to read the crowd, knowing which tracks to play that’ll definitely get the floor packed and the crowd moving to his beat.
