Mike Remedy is a one of a kind DJ who began spinning in the mid-90s. With his smooth flawless transitions and meticulous track selections, he prescribes the crowd a high dose of energy that electrifies the dance floor. Heavy on house, but with room for the best breaking techno, funk and progressive sounds from the U.S. and abroad, Remedy merges the cutting edge with mainstream to take the crowd on an intimate journey of sound. His love and passion for dance music coupled with his dedication to the art of djing has helped him out duel numerous DJs to win both the E! DJ Contest in July 2006 and round two of the Local Love DJ Contest in April 2009. This relentless drive has also earned him guest spots with heavyweights Cosmic Gate, Donald Glaude, Josh the Funky 1, Miss Lisa, Scooter & Lavelle, Superstar DJ Keoki, and The Thrillseekers. He was also named one of the featured performers at WMC 07.

- According to Mike: I was dozing off in my high school geometry class and the teacher yelled, "Mike! What's the remedy to this problem?" I woke up startled and said "what?" He yelled, "Mike... the remedy!" several times. From that day on my friends called me Remedy as a joke because I was horrible at geometry. (I kick ass in physics and algebra, though.)
