An Evening with George Carlin

Jerold Hamza

An Evening with George Carlin
Observational comedy by a Grammy-winning comedian, actor and author.

George Carlin's career has spanned over four decades and has often been controversial.

Carlin has often tested the limits of free speech and, while his approach has sometimes been met with great criticism, has earned a large following singing his praises. His routine "Seven Worlds You Can Never Say on Television" once got him arrested for violating obscenity laws.

In 2001, he was awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award at the 15th Annual Comedy Awards. Three years later, Comedy Central named him the second of 100 greatest stand-ups of all time, just behind Richard Pryor.

Carlin has been a regular performer in Las Vegas for many years.

Tickets are $55, $66 and $88.

Where: Orleans Hotel & Casino (Directions)
Start time: 8:00 pm
