We dig bands that quote us back to us, as reps for indie trio Mostly Bears did earlier this year in an announcement for debut full-length The Ed Mitchell Clinic: “‘Tucson touts its Bears as the next Mars Volta, but judging from [the Only Child] EP, the youngish progsters sound far less dense and much more inviting than that. Raw, sure, but gripping enough in places to make the Arizonans worth keeping tabs on.’ –Las Vegas Weekly,” they proclaimed. We rock. Oh yeah, and so do Mostly Bears.
