An American Portrait- Masterworks II

The Las Vegas Philharmonic celebrates American music this Thanksgiving season. Enjoy Aaron Copland's "Fanfare for the Common Man" and arrangements of American folk songs. This Fanfare is closely connected to The Smith Center, represented in the vibrant Symphony Park sculpture and Reynolds Hall foyer painting by local artist Tim Bavington. Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh narrates Copland’s iconic musical portrait of Abraham Lincoln.
