Nove Italiano inside the Palms Casino Resort presents happy hour food and drink specials from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. Featured wine, premium cocktails and signature dishes will be available for $7 in the bar and lounge area only. The happy hour menu includes Prosciutto di Parma Sliders, Tuscan Panzanella Salad, Nana’s Meatballs, Federal Hill Calamari, Bucatini Carbonara, Beef Carpaccio, Margherita Pizza, Trio of Bruschette, Rock Shrimp Polpette and Malpeque Oysters al Forno.
