Crystal Rock’n Lemonade

So named for Christian Audigier’s clothing line Crystal Rock, and therefore ultimately for his daughter Crystal. A little bit Country Time (think rocking chairs) and a little bit rock ‘n roll (think streaking), bartender Toni Rossi’s irresistible creation has a deceptive sting. Just two of these on opening night and I was fully convinced the Sirens of TI needed my help to capture and enslave the half-naked pirates. Beware!
Ingredients & Method:
1.25 oz Grey Goose vodka
.75 oz Limoncello
2 oz Rock Candy syrup
2 oz sour mix
A splash of Sprite
Three slices lemon
Squeeze lemon slices into shaker of ice, add all ingredients, shake, strain and serve in 12 oz. glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
