Cocktail of the Week is evolving! In an 11-hour marathon session, I hit the town with videographer Trent Ogle for the first-ever 702.tv Tour de Cocktails. From the Strip to Downtown, we dropped in on nine bartenders—like Simon’s Melissa Allen—who whipped up their venue’s best signature cocktails for the cameras. Catch 702.tv every Tuesday and Thursday on Cox Channel 14 at 10:30 p.m., as well as online at 702.tv
