Cocktail of the Week is evolving! In an 11-hour marathon session, I hit the town with videographer Trent Ogle for the first-ever 702.tv Tour de Cocktails. From the Strip to Downtown, we dropped in on nine bartenders—like Simon’s Melissa Allen—who whipped up their venue’s best signature cocktails for the cameras. Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Stoli Vanilla vodka

1.5 oz. pineapple juice

1 tsp. brown sugar

Method:

Fill a cocktail tin with ice. Combine all three ingredients, cover and shake vigorously to incorporate the sugar. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
