Designed to be enjoyed poolside, the “C” Spot has, in the maraschino cherry ice sphere, a built-in method of staying cool that does not dilute the tart cocktail as it melts but rather, it adds a whole new interesting flavor component. Says Progressive Bar’s Mark Kiyojima, “The result is a multi-layered cocktail with multiple flavors,” something that is at the very heart of molecular mixology.
Ingredients
1 oz TRU Organic vodka
0.50 oz Hpnotiq
0.50 oz Organic agave nectar
0.25 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.50 oz Dry Lavender soda water
Garnish: Maraschino cherry ice sphere
Method
