LBS Adult Root Beer Float
Adult Root Beer Float from LBS
No, you haven’t died and gone to heaven. But yes, the classic soda-shoppe treat has gotten a Sin City makeover by LBS bar manager Marc Iwamoto, who pairs his very adult root beer float with one of LBS’ organic, gourmet burgers. The vanilla vodka brings out the vanilla and sassafras notes in this naturally caffeine-free cane-sugar soda.
Ingredients:
2 heaping scoops of Breyers
Vanilla Bean ice cream
16 oz. Thomas Kemper draft
root beer
1.5 oz. of Stoli Vanil Vodka

The Las Vegas Weekly staff included the Perfect Burger in its list of the 10 most delicious burgers from local burgeries.
Here's the Weekly's buzz on it: "... this burger takes the classic lettuce, tomato, onion lineup and elevates every element. That means your juicy cooked-to-order patty is topped with frisée, sweet roasted tomato, onion marmalade, smoked bacon and melty Gruyère, rounded out with schmears of house-made burger sauce and herb mayo for a seriously satisfying bite that hits all the right notes."
