Strip House, Planet Hollywood, $18 glass, $70 bottle

This custom cabernet sauvignon blend, created by food and wine aficionados “III Somms” (sommeliers from three of the country’s best restaurants: Jean-Georges, Daniel, and Ciao Vito) and winemaker Sashi Moorman, is full of ripe fruit, lush tannins and good intensity. Still, feel free to judge this wine by its label; each bottle is decorated with one of several captivating Studio Manasse portraits, the very same ones that adorn Strip House’s walls.
