“Muddling is a bartending nightmare,” says Purista creator Michael Hensel. “It’s fine if the place is empty, but when your bar is eight customers deep, you can’t make sophisticated cocktails perfectly balanced without putting the customer on hold.” Purista mojito mix contains just filtered water, Key Lime juice, organic sugarcane juice and mint leaves. So, quick! Before the Indian summer is over, find Purista mojito, blackberry mojito, margarita and Caipirinha mixes in Las Vegas at the Hard Rock Beach Club and David Burke restaurant.
