Cake Showdown If you have a sweet tooth for shows like Ace of Cakes, Cake Boss and Cupcake Wars, you’re going to love this cake-off competition, open to confectioners of all skill levels. 3D technicolor Pop culture has traditionally bombarded us with hetero love and heroes. Artist Ross Johnston shows it in reverse, including a lip-locked Betty Rubble and Wilma Flintstone. September 2-24, Laura Henkel Fine Art.

Super Happy Funtime Burlesque Funded by online donations, this Michigan-based performance troupe travels in a rented RV—which arrives in Las Vegas this weekend. Come watch Mr. Happy Pants, Miss Audacious and Velveeta the Cheetah perform with local legends Cha Cha Velour and Balloon Master. It’s also probably your only chance to see a RoboCop striptease.
