Cherry nightclub has closed, after having reached the end of its life at Red Rock. A rep for Red Rock says the property is "re-evaluating and exploring new concepts" for the space.

The local-favorite had undergone renovations last summer, which included refinished floors, new lighting, additional VIP seating and an improved sound system. The dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows were transitioned into functional sliding doors to truly capitalize on Cherry’s intended South Beach feel. Just seven months after the refurbished club reopened, however, the venue has shut off its lights for good.

Check back for more updates on Cherry's closure and future plans for the venue coming soon.
