• “Rainy Day Women #12 & 35.” The Ku’s extra-lively take, plus requisite weed jokes.
• “Meet Me in the Morning.” LA-based Margalit Kessler, provided a strong female touch.
• “Gates of Eden.” Emotional crooning from Wyatt McKenzie.
• “It Ain’t Me Babe.” Bobby Martinez, with the coolest intro: “I got kicked out of a bar for playing this song 15 times in a row on the jukebox.” Extra points for the harmonica headpiece.
