Meet the phenom: CSN catcher Bryce Harper.

1: Spot selected in Monday’s Major League Baseball Draft, by the Washington Nationals. Harper is the first Nevada player to be taken first overall.

15.1: Dollars, in millions, last year’s No. 1 selection—college pitcher Stephen Strasburg—received. Strasburg signed a four-year contract with the Nationals last August.
