Pairing menus too often are reserved for hoity-toity foodies who enjoy things like foie gras and Chardonnay, but one Vegas restaurant is promising a perfect pairing experience revolving around two things any red-blooded American should love: burgers and beers.

LBS: A Burger Joint inside Red Rock Casino Resort has introduced a new five-item pairing menu that celebrates the harmony between brewed beverages and gourmet burgers. You can try the Texas-inspired Steakhouse Burger and 12-oz Lone Star Beer or the confidently named Perfect Burger with a 25-oz Triple Karmeleit. There’s even a Cobb salad paired with a 12-oz Lindeman’s Frambois Lambic for those conflicted souls who go to a burger place but don’t want to eat a meat patty.
Prices start at $15.50. We’ll meet you there, prepared to order the Frenchie Turkey Burger paired with Blanche de Bruxelles “The Pissing Boy” 12-oz Beer, because, well, how can you not order something with a name that cool?
