With a background in painting, drawing and printmaking, Bissonette plunged wildly into three-dimensional work after moving here, inspiring viewers to question comfort and stability through his expected though amazingly executed and delicate sculptures of Styrofoam and found objects—chandeliers, shopping carts, ladders. The recipient of Nevada Arts Council’s 2010 Jackpot Grant exhibits locally and nationally.
