Best Condiment: Athens fries dipping sauce at Paymon’s Mediterranean Cafe
Thu, May 27, 2010 (midnight)
Who knows what spices lurk within Paymon’s herb-flecked dipping sauce—the critical condiment side act to the restaurant’s Athens fries. Who knows how many people have, like zombies, marched to Paymon’s in need of the tangy sauce. Who knows how many people have unsuccessfully tried to deny their cravings. Who knows where we can find a pool of this stuff, and bathe in it? Multiple locations.
Paymon's Mediterranean
Paymon's has an attached hookah lounge, no market, but the same good dishes that made him a hit at UNLV: gyros, falafel, kebobs, and wonderful Middle Eastern dips.
