Whatever the secret, AMP Salon at the Palms has nabbed “Best” honors, and rightfully so. Stylist extraordinaire Michael Boychuck, who runs the place, has long been go-to hair guy for all of the city’s VIP’s, as well as a bevy of models, starlets, Strip headliners and those in need of a discerning coiffure. 4321 W.
