Society’s Roasted Tomato Bisque

Chef Kim Canteenwalla prepares this with basil oil and fried basil, and he serves it with a crostini Parisian cheese stick. Pair with a Kurobuta Ham and Gruyere Cheese sandwich, or order it as part of the Society Box or the Tomato Tasting Plate. The best part? It’s now available year-round. At Encore, Sunday-Thursday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m. to 1 a.m., $10, 770-3463.
