The Cosmopolitan hasn't opened yet, but it's already earning a reputation for hosting ultra-exclusive musical events.
We already knew the resort's New Year's Eve Coldplay/Jay-Z pairing would be invite-only. Now comes word no tickets will be sold for a December 15 opening night pool party featuring Killers frontman Brandon Flowers.
How to get in? Watch Cosmo's social media sites—facebook.com/thecosmopolitan and twitter.com/cosmopolitan_lv—closely today for word on how to win free tix to the show. The evening will also include performances by Mayer Hawthorne, Beats Antique and electro-poppers Liv and Mim Nervo, all of whom will be playing at the casino through December 18.
Even if you're not lucky enough to win tickets to see Flowers, you'll have a chance to hear him perform songs from his September solo debut, Flamingo, live. The entire show will air on the Cosmopolitan's 65-foot digital marquee along the Strip as it happens. If you head down now you're guaranteed a good spot ...
