Drinking saves lives. More specifically, the money raised from the sale of a certain cocktail does. Check out the Pink Ribbon Saketini at Kabuki in Town Square. For the month of October, proceeds from the fresh strawberry, Nigori sake and hint of cranberry cocktail created by sommelier Yuji Matsumoto will be donated to Sugan G. Koman for the Cure. But if you can’t get enough of the limited-time only beverage this month, we’ve got the recipe.

Ingredients:

3 oz of Nigori sake

1 oz of Cranberry Juice

0.5 oz of Strawberry mix

Method:

In a mixing glass, combine ingredients and add ice, shake, and pour into a chilled martini glass. Add juice from a lime wedge and garnish with a lime wheel.
